At Changing Room, we have a stringent quality check procedure in place to ensure that all items delivered to our customers is at its topmost condition. However, if you do receive a defected item, please drop us an email at email@example.com within 5 days from the date of reception. Our customer service officer will contact you with the exchange or refund procedures. We will only accept returns or exchange for items that comply with the following conditions:

Please understand that the measurements stated on our website are approximates. Hence, there may be variance of 3-5cm. The Changing Room Team will try to display the details of the products as accurately as possible. However, the colours reflected on the photo might differ according to the settings of your monitor. The colour might also vary from the actual product due to studio lightings. For items with patterns and prints, the design may vary slightly from each individual piece.
In the event that the item for exchange is out-of-stock, we will either provide a full refund in Changing Room loyalty points or allow exchange for another item with equivalent value. For exchange of another item of higher value, a top-up of the difference is required.
Kindly note that we do not provide refund in cash under any circumstances. All delivery charges for the exchange or return will not be borne by Changing Room. Changing Room will not be liable for any lost/ damage of parcel returned to us.
