The delivery fee is calculated based on the following formula:
Apparel = 1 unit
Shoes and bags = 3 units
Normal Postage 1st unit = SGD2.00
Every subsequent unit = SGD0.50
Registered Postage/ Courier 1st unit = SGD3.75
Every subsequent unit = SGD0.50
Delivery will take 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you receive our delivery notfication email. If you do not receive your items by 5 working days, do notify us through email at support@changingrm.com and our customer support officer will assist you.

After transfer is completed, please log into your account at Changing Room to fill in the transaction number, bank you utilised to carry out the transfer and the bank account you transferred to.
Please note that inter-bank transaction will take 3 working days to be credited into our account. In order to speed up the order confirmation process, we strongly recommend bank transfer to be made within the same bank.
Note: We are in the pipeline of providing alternative mode of payment.Once we received your payment, a payment confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive our email after 2 working days from transfer (4 working days for inter-bank transfer), kindly contact our customer support team as soon as possible to verify.
Be rewarded when you shop at Changing Room. For every SGD1 spent, you get to earn 1 loyalty point. Every 500 loyalty points is valued at SGD10. Do take note that each loyalty point is only valid for 6 months from the date you convert the loyalty points to voucher. The voucher is valid for a minimum purchase of SGD25 (excluding delivery fees).
You can view your loyalty points by clicking on the [Loyalty] button at the top of the page after logging in. You will be able to convert the points to voucher once the order is completed. A voucher code will then be generated for you to use during the next Check out process.

Stock will arrive Singapore within 8 - 10 workings days upon room closure. Once we received the stock, our logistic team will carry quality check and sorting procedure followed by delivery. A delivery notification email will be sent and you should receive your purchase within 4 workings days from the reception of the email. Kindly contact us if you do not receive your purchase after 4 workings day from the reception of delivery notification email. Our customer support team will investigate into this matter and reply to you as soon as possible.
