Begin by signing up an account with Changing Room now by clicking here.
Browse through our website and select the item you are interested in to view the details such as approximate measurements and materials.
For certain item, selection of colours and sizes is available by scrolling through the drop-down menu. After colour or size selection, click on [Add to cart]. At this stage, you can add more items to your cart by clicking the categories at the top left corner of the website and continue shopping.
Once you have added the desired items to your shopping cart, please click the [Checkout] icon on the top right corner of the website to continue with the order process.
If you are not login, you will be prompt to login in order to proceed with the order confirmation.
At the checkout page, please confirm your delivery address and type of postage (Normal or Registered).
If you have purchased from Changing Room previously, you should have loyalty points credited to your account. You may choose to convert these loyalty points to voucher and redeem it for you current order.
After placing an order, a payment request email will be sent to the email address you used to register with us. Kindly proceed with bank transfer to either one of the following banks.

After transfer is completed, please log into your account at Changing Room to fill in the transaction number, bank you utilised to carry out the transfer and the bank account you transferred to.
Please note that inter-bank transaction will take 3 working days to be credited into our account. In order to speed up the order confirmation process, we strongly recommend bank transfer to be made within the same bank.Note: Currently, we are in the pipeline of providing alternative mode of payment other than bank transfer.
Once we received your payment, a payment confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive our email after 2 working days from transfer (4 working days for inter-bank transfer), kindly contact our customer support team at email@example.com as soon as possible to verify.
Once we received the stock (usually within 8 - 10 workings days upon room closure), our logistic team will carry quality check and sorting procedure followed by delivery.
A delivery notification email will be sent and you should receive your purchase within 4 workings days from the reception of the email.
Kindly contact us if you do not receive your purchase after 4 workings day from the reception of delivery notification email. Our customer support team will investigate into this matter and reply to you as soon as possible.
